SpaceX plans to sell shares next month at $150B valuation – NYP

- The company seeks to launch a tender offer in December valuing SpaceX at around $150 billion.
- SpaceX’s July tender raised $750 million in cash; similar January deal raised $750 million, but at a $137 billion valuation.
