Amphitrite Digital Announces 1.9M Share IPO at $4.25-$6.25/sh

Amphitrite Digital (AMDI) has filed the following:

Amphitrite Digital Incorporated is offering 1,904,762 shares of Common Stock. This is our initial public offering (the “Offering”). We anticipate our public offering price to be between $4.25 and $6.25 per share of Common Stock. Prior to this Offering, there has been no public market for our Common Stock We have applied to list our Common Stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market, or Nasdaq, under the symbols “AMDI”, respectively. No assurance can be given that our application will be approved. If our Common Stock is not approved for listing on Nasdaq, we will not consummate this Offering. We are an “emerging growth company” as that term is used in the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act of 2012, and we have elected to comply with certain reduced public company reporting requirements.
