London Stock Exchange Group said it has appointed Michel-Alain Proch as chief financial officer, effective from March 1.
The stock-exchange and financial-information company said Monday that Proch will join the board on Feb. 26 ahead of taking up the role. Current CFO Anna Manz will step down following LSEG’s full-year results…
